Check your shipment receipt, seller dispatch message, order dashboard, shipping email, or package label for the Blue Dart waybill number. If the sender uses a reference or order number, keep that ready too.

For most users, the fastest path is the official Blue Dart tracking page. If you are a regular business sender, reference-based tracking or email-based tracking can also be useful.

Blue Dart allows single and multiple shipment lookups. If you are checking more than one shipment, separate waybill numbers with commas so the tracking tool can read the batch correctly.

Check whether the shipment is picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, or showing an exception. Use the status context below before assuming a parcel is lost or misrouted.

Shipment booked or picked up

This is the early stage where Blue Dart has accepted the shipment or collected it from the sender. Tracking may stay quiet briefly before the next scan appears.

At service center or in transit

The shipment is moving through Blue Dart operational facilities, line-haul routes, airport links, or destination-side processing points.

Out for delivery

The shipment is in the final-mile stage and may be delivered the same day if the route, address, and consignee availability align normally.

Delivered

Blue Dart has marked the shipment as completed. If the receiver does not have the package, first check with home members, office reception, security staff, or nearby collection points.

Exception, hold, or delivery issue

This usually signals an address problem, consignee unavailability, documentation issue, routing interruption, payment issue, or another operational condition that needs one more step.

No result or no fresh update yet

A newly created waybill, a wrong number, or a short gap between operational scans can all make tracking look inactive for some time.

Tracking says no result

First confirm that you are entering the actual Blue Dart waybill or reference number instead of a marketplace order ID. Newly created shipments may also need a little time before public tracking becomes useful.

Shipment is in transit for longer than expected

Transit timing can stretch during weekends, regional congestion, weather issues, routing changes, destination backlog, or delivery-zone complexity. A delay does not automatically mean the parcel is lost.

Out for delivery but still not received

Delivery attempts can happen later in the day depending on route load. If the shipment remains unresolved after the working window, recheck the official Blue Dart tracker and then contact the sender or courier support.

Delivered status but package is missing

Check with family members, neighbors, security guards, reception desks, or office mail rooms first. If no one has it, keep the waybill handy and escalate through official Blue Dart support channels.

You have several shipments to review

Use comma-separated waybill input on the official tracking tool or the published email methods if your workflow is based on multiple shipments rather than one parcel at a time.

Reference number works for the seller but not for you

Some references are created for merchant-side workflows. If customer-side tracking looks unclear, ask the sender for the actual Blue Dart waybill number because that is usually the most direct tracking key.
